- Your primary responsibility will be to manage Backend operation activities for Agilent but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle.
- Individual contributor responsible for timely execution of pre-defined tasks in English Language.
- Work with the point of contact for the internal global colleagues.
- Responsible for escalating any potential issues to predefined internal contacts.
As part of this team, the Agent is responsible for predefined tasks such as :
- Logging calls and all different kind of parts & Quotation related activities and extend support wherever the SC & FSE's need help.
- Following up Logistics teams to get the status of the parts ordered.
- Help the FSE & SC with the service confirmation details
- Close looping with other teams to get the response to the end customer on time and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle internal and external queries via email, including logging SRs, SOs, and IHROs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
This role requires, sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.
- Good command on English (Written and Verbal)
