This role focuses on handling inbound calls . Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced international sales environment with night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to inbound calls from international customers. Identify customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions. Explain product features, pricing, and terms clearly and persuasively. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. Requirements: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
