Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative – International Voice Process
Location: Sanpada Near Vashi Station Navi Mumbai
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Experience Required: 6months–1 Years (International BPO)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and goal-driven Inbound Sales Representative to manage international customer inquiries and convert them into successful sales. This role focuses on handling inbound calls. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced international sales environment with night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from international customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and terms clearly and persuasively.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 6months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
