Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product/service-related queries.
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
  • Update customer records and track interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams for query resolution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
