Customer Relationships Manager

You should be experienced in maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure increased patronage and revenue. As a part of the team at REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. This includes customer onboarding, resolving issues, product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the organization's products and services. It is essential for you to have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, a strong understanding of basic computer languages, proficiency in MS-Office, and expertise in IT Inbound/Outbound Customer Service. Additionally, you should possess convincing, presentation, and demonstration skills.
