About the Role

CSE (Customer Service Executive)


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound international calls.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.

  • Manage escalations and follow-up on customer issues.

  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

  • Meet performance metrics including quality, AHT, and CSAT.


Candidate Profile

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or fresher with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts.

  • Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
