Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer who can build strong connections with customers and convert incoming leads into successful sales or relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads generated through social media and online campaigns. Contact potential customers, understand their needs, and explain our products/services. Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records regularly. Ensure zero lead leakage and timely follow-ups on all inquiries. Achieve monthly conversion and relationship targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction. RequirementsGood communication skills (English & Tamil) Basic computer knowledge and comfort with Excel / CRM tools. Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused mindset.
