Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers for a leading Insurance domain to handle a complete inbound voice process. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in customer service and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products and services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the Insurance domain
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA
• 1 Year Experience: ₹4.0 LPA
