Job Description

Designation – Customer Relationship Executive Company: Secure Meters Job Location: Muzaffarpur / Motihari Education Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Petrol Allowance Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term association. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to clients. Coordinate with Junior Engineers and the Electricity Board for smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships. Maintain records and prepare reports related to customer interactions and feedback. Achieve customer service targets and contribute to organizational growth. Requirements:Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory. Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused. Prior experience in customer relationship management will be preferred. Benefits:Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month. Petrol allowance will be provided. Other benefits as per company norms.
