Job Description

  1. Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Proficient in MS Office and other tools
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
  2. Previously done any Internship in MBA or B.tech

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple counseling sessions, tasks, and responsibilities.
  3. Problem-Solving:

    Ability to think critically and offer solutions to academic challenges and career- related concerns.
  4. Interest in Education:

    A strong passion for education, student success, and the Ed Tech industry.
  5. Tech-Savvy:

    Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of online education platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Guidance:

    Assist in providing academic guidance and counseling to students regarding course selection, study strategies, and personalized learning plans.
  2. Lead Engagement and Conversion

    : Reach out to prospective students and understand their academic goals and introduce them to our courses and programs. Persuasively guide them through the decision- making process and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  3. Personalized Academic Counseling

    : Offer individualized academic advice to prospective students, helping them choose the right programs based on their career aspirations, educational background, and learning preferences.
  4. Product and Program Knowledge

    : Learn and maintain a strong understanding of the company s offerings, including course details, pricing, and benefits, to effectively communicate with prospective students and provide accurate information.
