Customer Relationship Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating the design-to-production handoff by coordinating between the client and the internal design team to finalize custom dimensions, colors, and layouts. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end execution of projects, including overseeing printing, quality checks (QC), packaging, and dispatch. Acting as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, clear, professional, and warm communication with clients is key. Moreover, you will coordinate with production units and installation teams to ensure flawless delivery at the site. Tracking project timelines on Excel/Sheets to identify and address potential delays will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities.
