1. Inspect delivery sites before dispatch ensuring proper pumping arrangements and prepare pre-pour inspection report
2. Ensure that all reports and records such as Pre-pour inspection report, Concrete pour record, and Customer feedback form are obtained from sites and maintained at the plant
3. Coordinate concrete deliveries, pump operations, sampling and casting of cube specimens and related logistics
4. Coordinate with customers on any service-related issues and educate customers in the usage of pumps
5. Resolve immediate customer complaints on delays in deliveries, supplies quantities and behaviour of the Company personnel at sites
6. Coordinate with customers and Company technical personnel or any quality related complaints and assist in resolution of the same
7. Oversee pump workers and transit mixer driver’s behaviour at delivery sites
8. Coordinate with customers for Safe working environment
