Job Summary: To manage customer relations at site including supervision of concrete delivery at pumping and non-pumping sites and proactively resolving quality and service issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect delivery sites before dispatch ensuring proper pumping arrangements and prepare pre-pour inspection report 2. Ensure that all reports and records such as Pre-pour inspection report, Concrete pour record, and Customer feedback form are obtained from sites and maintained at the plant 3.
