Unit Manager & Relationship Officer – Life Insurance
Location: All Kerala (Only candidates from Kerala should apply. Other state applicants will not be considered.)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 monthly (Basic) + Attractive Incentives
Age Limit: Below 30 years
Education: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience is compulsory
1. Unit Manager – Life Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
* Recruit Insurance Advisors from your personal and professional network
* Train, guide, and motivate advisors
* Drive business through advisor channel
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Relationship Officer – Life Insurance (Bancassurance)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle walk-in customers at the bank branch
* Understand customer needs and pitch suitable life insurance products
* Maintain strong relationships with bank staff
* Ensure smooth sales closure and documentation
Who Can Apply?
