Customer Relationship Officer

As a Relationship Officer in MSME / Housing Loan, your role involves sourcing and acquiring new customers through Direct Market Sourcing (DST model). You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential clients for MSME Loans, LAP, and Housing Loans. Handling complete documentation, credit profiling, and loan processing will be part of your daily tasks. It is crucial to ensure adherence to company policies and credit guidelines while maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining portfolio quality are key objectives in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Source and acquire new customers through Direct Market Sourcing (DST model). - Identify and onboard potential clients for MSME Loans, LAP, and Housing Loans. - Handle complete documentation, credit profiling, and loan processing. - Ensure adherence to company policies and credit guidelines. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. - Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain portfolio quality. Qualifications Required: - Graduation (Any Stream) is mandatory. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME, LAP, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan products. - Exposure to Affordable MSME, Affordable LAP, or Affordable Housing Loan is required. In addition to the above details, the company offers a CTC of up to 25,000 per month (based on experience and last CTC), along with additional benefits such as Fuel Allowance, Mediclaim, and Term Insurance. The eligibility criteria include a minimum CIBIL Score of 700, age limit up to 30 years, and candidates currently employed in MSME, LAP, or Housing Loan products only. Candidates from Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loan background, or Freshers are not eligible. Employment Gap of maximum 4 months is acceptable for non-working candidates, and candidates must be willing to join on a similar CTC if currently unemployed. Desired Skills: - Strong understanding of MSME, LAP, Housing Loan products, and documentation. - Excellent knowledge of loan sourcing mechanisms and direct sales operations. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to achieve business targets under pressure.
