Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) FASTag Sales

Location: Jaipur, Kolkata, Ranchi, Pune, chennai, Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to handle FASTag sales through the Ashok Leyland (AL) dealership network

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end FASTag sales at the assigned Ashok Leyland dealership.

- Assist customers in the registration, documentation, and issuance of FASTags.

- Maintain and update customer records and transactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for activation, customer service, and issue resolution.

- Ensure achievement of daily/weekly sales targets.

- Build strong relationships with dealership staff and customers.

- Submit daily reports and observations.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or field roles (automobile/BFSI/retail background preferred).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of digital tools/mobile apps.

- Should be comfortable handling customer documents.

- Local language (Hindi) fluency preferred.

- Reports to: Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager
