Job Title: CRM Executive – Client Relationship (Pharma/Protein Supplement Industry) Location: Mohali Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Work Schedule: 6 days working Alternative Saturdays off Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused CRM Executive to handle client relationship management for our Pharma & Protein Supplement Production business. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth communication to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: client accounts and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Handle day-to-day client queries, concerns, and requirements efficiently. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure timely deliverables. Maintain CRM records, update client data, and track interactions. Assist in client retention and upselling opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding client activities. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Account Handling (preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
