Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end customer relationship management from inquiry to post-sales support. Maintain and update the CRM database (like Salesforce, Zoho, or internal tools) with accurate client information and interaction history. Manage and track lead conversions , follow-ups, and timely communication. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow and client updates. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, or issues. Create and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer engagement, lead status, and follow-ups. Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication. Assist in automating workflows to improve the customer journey and internal efficiency. Handle bulk communication (SMS, email, WhatsApp campaigns) to nurture leads. Collect feedback and conduct customer satisfaction surveys . Is able to handle our software "Forequity"
