Customer Relationship Manager

As a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored product or service recommendations, and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Furthermore, you will be expected to keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools, analyze customer data to identify trends and engagement opportunities, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will also involve implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as coordinating and following up on after-sales service and support. Additionally, you will be required to solicit feedback from customers and relay insights to enhance offerings and processes, while preparing regular reports on customer engagement metrics and satisfaction levels. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with empathy and a customer-first mindset, are essential for success. Preferred skills include multilingual abilities in English, Hindi, and Telugu. This position is full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates.
