Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The specialist will focus on managing customer relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, supporting sales team efforts, finding new customers and collaborating on strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement. The role involves establishing strong relationships with clients, assisting in project management tasks, and contributing to sales growth initiatives. Qualifications . Should know Excel n Must have experience with CRM software n google sheets Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Proven ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Project Management and handling customer-focused initiatives Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the electronics retail industry is an advantage
