We are looking for a CRM for customer relationship.
Who can interact with customers, help them with the after sales processes and then eventually follow up for collections of due payment.
Good verbal and written communication
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
The ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively is crucial.
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business) is often preferred.
Preferably Female with 3-5 Years of experience in Automobile dealers
