Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of experience working as an assistant or secretary to the Managing Director of a company. Experience as an office coordinator with a strong background in administration and coordination is also valued. Candidates must have graduated from a secretarial college and possess excellent follow-up skills, which are a critical requirement for this role. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as a good command of the English language and shorthand, are necessary skills. The salary range for this position is between Rs 15,000 to 25,000. It is preferred that the candidate be married with children, residing within a maximum 30-minute commuting distance from the office. Job stability is essential, and the candidate should demonstrate honesty and a willingness to perform personal tasks for the boss. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
