Position Overview:

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, particularly with large-scale Government of India undertakings and their employees, ensuring smooth billing, payments, and timely service delivery. The CRM will ensure the execution of all client-related tasks, including document approvals, payment follow-ups, billing follow-ups, time extensions, bank guarantees (BG) submissions, and other coordination activities. This role involves maintaining continuous communication with clients, solving problems, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal departments.
