Job Description: You will play a crucial role as a proactive and organized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at AKB TVS in Kozhikode. Your main responsibility will be to manage customer relationship processes, handle customer calls, coordinate with staff, and ensure seamless communication between customers and the dealership. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and monitor all inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. - Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer details and follow-up activities. - Assign tasks to the staff and ensure timely completion of customer requests. - Keep track of staff performance and escalate issues to management as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business/Management. - Minimum 12 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or the automobile industry is preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language. - Proficiency in MS Office. Please note that the work location is in person at Kozhikode.,
