Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at ALIQAN Technologies in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to manage guest relationships at the center to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will be in charge of handling birthday party bookings, school tie-ups, and group event management from end to end. Generating leads through various channels such as cold calls, walk-ins, community networking, and local outreach will also be a crucial part of your role. In this position, you will work closely with school principals, corporate HRs, and institutional stakeholders to secure repeat bookings. Collaboration with the marketing team for promotional activities and outreach campaigns will be essential. It will be important for you to have a good understanding of the products, services, and packages offered by the company in order to upsell offerings to walk-in guests. You will also be responsible for tracking guest feedback and ensuring timely resolution of any complaints and escalations. Supporting the center manager in monthly sales forecasting and performance reporting will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in B.Com/BBA, with an MBA in Marketing/Sales being preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in guest-facing roles within hospitality, retail, or call center environments is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven ability to manage leads, close bookings, and drive customer satisfaction. Being a creative thinker with strong follow-up and coordination skills, as well as a team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, will be key to excelling in this position.,
