Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role will involve building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure the timely delivery of products/services and monitor customer satisfaction to take proactive measures for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services - Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve it - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software - Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements - Prepare and present reports on customer metrics and performance Qualifications Required: - Proficient in English - Prior experience in customer relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Please note that this is a full-time position located in person.
