As a Customer Service and Operations Manager in the Real Estate industry, your role involves being responsible for the overall customer service, operational, and sales activities of the project. You will play a crucial role in resolving customer queries, ensuring client relationship management, and overseeing the post-purchase services provided by the client servicing team. Your primary focus will be on customer care activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of ATS and sales deed, preparing MIS reports including outstanding and collection reports, maintenance reports, and other necessary documentation. You will also be involved in escalating case histories for disputed or defaulter cases to higher management and dealing with financial organizations for customer service purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve customer queries by providing first-time resolutions and effectively manage client relationships. - Lead the client servicing team to deliver exceptional post-purchase services in the Real Estate sector. - Ensure the provision of quality services to enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of ATS and sales deed. - Prepare MIS reports including outstanding and collection reports, maintenance reports, and other relevant documentation. - Escalate case histories for disputed or defaulter cases to higher management. - Collaborate with financial organizations for customer service and prepare necessary documentation. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is essential. - Total work experience of 6 years is preferred. - Proficiency in English language is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
