The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing calendars, preparing high-impact presentaƟons, coordinaƟng meeƟngs, and assisƟng in day-to-day business operaƟons. A strong grasp of modern producƟvity tools, AI-based research, and corporate communicaƟon is essenƟal. Key ResponsibiliƟes: Manage and organize execuƟves’ calendars, meeƟngs, travel plans, and appointments. Prepare, proofread, and format business documents, reports, and presentaƟons (PPT, Excel, Word). Handle internal and external communicaƟon. Support meeƟng preparaƟon, including agenda seƫng, note-taking, and acƟon tracking (MOM). Conduct internet and AI-powered research to support strategic decision-making. Manage confidenƟal informaƟon with discreƟon and integrity. Coordinate with departments for cross-funcƟonal tasks and project follow-ups. Maintain a professional and efficient office environment. Required Skills & QualificaƟons: Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministraƟon or relevant field. 2+ years of experience in a similar ExecuƟve Assistant or administraƟve role. Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace. Comfortable using AI tools, online search engines, and modern browsing tools for research and producƟvity. Excellent wriƩen and verbal communicaƟon skills. Ability to mulƟtask, prioriƟze work, and meet Ɵght deadlines. AƩenƟon to detail and a proacƟve mindset. High level of discreƟon and professionalism. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, NoƟon). Familiarity with data presentaƟon, basic analyƟcs, or visualizaƟon tools. Exposure to corporate or startup environments.
Strong understanding of accounting principles: Essential for performing daily tasks and understanding financial statements. General Ledger Maintenance: Must maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries and Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation. Maintaining Financial Records: Junior accountants handle data entry, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements. Assisting with Reporting: They help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. Supporting Audits: They assist with both internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software: Familiarity with software like Tally is required. Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in financial record-keeping and reporting. Analytical skills: Junior accountants need to analyze financial data and identify potential issues. Communication skills: They need to communicate effectively with senior accountants, auditors, and other team members. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive financial information requires maintaining confidentiality.
