Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi
Company: AapKaBazar.co
Working Hours: 67 Days a Week, Full Time- 10 hours
Salary: As per experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Calling:
Make daily outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and feedback collection.
Call each customer before dispatch to verify address and product availability.
Query & Complaint Resolution:
Handle customer queries related to orders, payments, delivery, and products.
Escalate unresolved issues to support or operations teams if required.
CRM Record Maintenance:
Maintain detailed call logs and update customer interaction history on CRM panel.
Ensure all issues are closed with proper resolution status.
Review & Feedback:
Actively collect customer reviews post-delivery to enhance service quality.
Identify unhappy customers and work to retain or win them back.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or CRM operations preferred.
Basic computer skills: Excel, CRM software or ERP usage.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
Polite, calm, and solution-focused attitude.
