Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Calling:
• Make daily outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and feedback collection.
• Call each customer before dispatch to verify address and product availability.
• Query & Complaint Resolution:
• Handle customer queries related to orders, payments, delivery, and products.
• Escalate unresolved issues to support or operations teams if required.
• CRM Record Maintenance:
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer interaction history on CRM panel.
• Ensure all issues are closed with proper resolution status.
• Review & Feedback:
• Actively collect customer reviews post-delivery to enhance service quality.
• Identify unhappy customers and work to retain or win them back.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or CRM operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, CRM software or ERP usage.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
• Polite, calm, and solution-focused attitude.
