Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • System Management: Implementing, configuring, and maintaining the CRM platform
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data to find trends, create reports, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
  • Strategy & Implementation: Developing and executing customer retention, loyalty, and engagement strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Serving as a point of contact for complex customer issues, feedback, and complaints, ensuring resolution.
  • Training & Support: Training other staff on CRM usage and best practices.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and marketing.
  • Strategic thinking for customer lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
