Customer Relationship Manager and Executive Assistant

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant at our B2B Fashion Brand, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships with our retail partners across India while also providing executive support to our Director. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer interactions, both through calls and in-person, and effectively resolve service issues. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and service delivery. - Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship management. - Support the Director by assisting with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination tasks. - Participate in merchandising-related discussions and provide valuable insights gathered from customer feedback. - Maintain organized reports, follow-ups, and documentation for both Customer Relationship Manager and Executive Assistant responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within apparel/fashion retail or B2B sales. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. - Interest or background in fashion/merchandising, with a preference for womens wear. - Proficiency in MS Office and strong coordination skills.
