Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage and maintain positive relationships with our customers primarily through phone calls. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information via phone. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently and professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
