Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on CRM systems for staff members.
• Design and develop training materials, manuals, and guides.
• Assess training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one support and resolve staff queries.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure CRM adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, CRM, or training roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering training programs and workshops.
• Customer service expertise with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
