The CRM Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions on customer relationship management systems to staff, ensuring a strong understanding and practical application. The role involves developing training materials, conducting training needs assessments, providing one-on-one support, and continuously improving training modules to enhance customer support functions. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on CRM systems for staff members. Design and develop training materials, manuals, and guides. Assess training needs and customize sessions accordingly. Provide one-on-one support and resolve staff queries. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements. Collaborate with teams to ensure CRM adoption and efficiency. Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, CRM, or training roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in delivering training programs and workshops.
