Customer Relationship Management Specialist (CRM Administrator)

As a CRM Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage, customize, and train users on the CRM system to help achieve the organization's objectives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the system to meet both management and user needs. Your tasks will include customizing the system to align with company processes, managing user access, creating and generating reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders, and providing continuous technical support. Responsibilities: - Providing system administration support, particularly in relation to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows - Creating and managing workflows with rules to streamline data validation and approval processes - Analyzing data to provide insights into operational and productivity improvements - Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards - Supporting daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation - Identifying and resolving data anomalies to maintain high data integrity - Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - 3-4+ years of CRM Administration experience, with proficiency in CRM software such as Open-Source (e.g., ESPO, VtigerCRM) - Experience working directly with Sales and Support teams to implement their requirements into the CRM system - Ability to administer and configure a CRM system, including custom objects, workflows, and permissions - Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports/dashboards, and data analysis/modeling - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Southern Language, and additional languages are advantageous - Collaborative working mentality and problem-solving skills - Experience with SOQL/Workbench/PHP and MYSQL or familiarity with integrated tools like Outreach, Mailchimp, Mautic, Hubspot, or Zoho - Fluency in English, diligence, enthusiasm, and an interest in marketing strategy and content marketing Desired Candidate Profile: - Male/Female candidate with a creative and innovative approach to modern concepts and digital formats - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Director Please note that this is a responsible position for a two-year assignment with the possibility of an extension based on performance and adaptability to the work culture.,
