Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems to enhance client relationships. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, analyzing customer feedback, segmenting markets, overseeing CRM projects, and aligning strategies with the company's sales and marketing goals. The role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
