As a Customer Support Executive at Cogent Whitefield, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns in a Voice Process setting. Your role will involve interacting with customers of Axis Bank, requiring excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. The shift timings for this role are rotational with 1 rotational week off. The salary offered ranges from 18000 to 21000 INR along with incentives based on performance. The work location for this position is in Whitefield, Bangalore at Prestige Shantiniketan, Thigalarapalya, Krishnarajapura.
