Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Consultant located in Hyderabad. The CRM Consultant will manage customer relationships, enhance CRM processes, administer Salesforce.com, provide consulting services, and support sales teams. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying customer needs, and implementing CRM solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
  • Sales and Consulting experience
  • Salesforce.com Administration proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
