Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Location: Pune, Bhosari Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients while also coordinating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will be the key contact for customers—handling inquiries, orders, and concerns—while working closely with both internal sales and production departments to deliver excellent service and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective and timely communication. Order Support: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any order-related issues. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Sales & Product Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, and relay customer feedback. Production Coordination: Liaise with the production team to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met on time. Monitor order status and update customers accordingly. Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and generate regular reports on customer activity, order trends, and service feedback. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or production coordination, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Personal Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
