• Responsible for the agreement registration including registration schedule with customer (may not be physically present for registration)
• Coordinating with CRG / Legal to provide any clarification on agreement clauses
• NPS initiative and testimonials
• Collection efficiency target achievement & outstanding reduction
• Collection follow up for self & Bank funding customers
• Be the SPOC for all customer communication
• Own customer experience and seek support from others through ECRM
• On site, walk in handling
• Customer engagement initiatives
• Driving snagging / desnagging for the respective assets.• Flat Hand over coordination
• Coordination for snag rectification tracking and sharing timelines with customers.
