Job Description

Purpose:

Responsible for handling sales for the respective properties and should be result oriented, Executing the tasks in the SOPs that drive the organizational set up stay experience for the customer at TRULIV

• Having complete mastery of inventory in the property, with respect to any all status that are being tracked by the organization
  
• Conducting the onboardings for customers and following SOPs.
  
• Following up collections of rentals in their properties.
  
• Making sure daily SOPs are executed with respect to both property and customer experience.
  
• Keeping a Track of NPS scores and driving both the collection and implementation of various
  

• community related aspects that contribute to NPS in their property

Building and maintaining rapport with customers in their property and engaging them with GRE related hospitality standards.

• Ensure proper policy communication and adherence to customers
  
• Handling any and all escalations, and communication of TAT times to customers and providing comfort in terms of responses and closure of tickets
  
• Maintaining and keeping track of all customer related data in software in their property.
  
• Pay attention to online and internal customer reviews on the afore mentioned process in both internal survey tools and social media
  
• Need to coordinate with facility manager to sort out internal product/ customer / process issues until the problem is solved
  
• Handling any legal and police issues related to customers in their properties as the initial point of contact
