Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding product/service feedback and support.
• Maintain customer records and update interaction details in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Assist in improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum

  1+ year of experience

  in customer service or related field (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Qualification:
