Customer Relationship Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout the customer journey.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.
  
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer leads, test rides, and bookings to enhance the overall sales experience.
  
• Assist customers in understanding financing, insurance, and service packages.
  
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement.
  
• Maintain customer records and interactions in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  
• Conduct customer feedback surveys and suggest improvements based on insights.
  
• Organize and participate in customer engagement activities, promotional events, and brand campaigns.
  
• Ensure resolution of service-related issues and assist in delivering an exceptional after-sales experience.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the premium two-wheeler segment.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  
• Passion for automobiles, especially premium two-wheelers.
  
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
