Role: Telecaller cum Client Relations Coordinator
Location: Guwahati
Experience: 0–3 years (Fashion / Lifestyle industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Create lasting relationships that grow with our brand.

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients and prospects.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Coordinate with the sales & design teams for client requirements.
• Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in client visits, events, and in-store interactions.
