Job Description

This vacancy is open for FEMALES Only.(Calling work included) Building and Maintaining Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally. Identifying and Resolving Issues: Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers. Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Reporting: Preparing reports on customer interactions, feedback, and performance. Collaboration: Working with internal departments, such as sales and marketing, to achieve customer satisfaction.
