About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Caller / Customer Relationship Executive to be the voice of Find Mera Home. Your role will be to connect with potential homebuyers, pitch property details, and book site visits that turn interest into action. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves client interaction and wants to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Engage with incoming leads over phone calls and WhatsApp.

•⁠ ⁠Pitch property details clearly and persuasively to potential clients.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handovers.

•⁠ ⁠Record and update client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).

•⁠ ⁠Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred (but not mandatory).

•⁠ ⁠A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.

•⁠ ⁠Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
