Role- Customer Service Executive

CTC- 3-4.8 LPA(Based on Experience)

Location - Mumbai

We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling calls, emails, and chats, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and chats

Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer issues
