Job Description

Role Summary:

To efficiently ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction by coordinating between stores, brands, and customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between stores and brands for service-related issues.
  • Receive service watches from stores and escalate the issues to respective brands.
  • Accurately enter service details in the system for escalation and tracking.
  • Follow up with brands to ensure timely closure of pending services.
  • Support the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in maintaining and arranging customer databases.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for the transfer of service watches.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior experience in service coordination or customer support
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • English (Preferred)
