Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, maintaining business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and handling client relations. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Kozhikode
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in a customer relationship role is beneficial
