Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include addressing client concerns, fostering and maintaining strong client relations, and effectively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceExperience in Business Relationship Management and Client RelationsStrong Communication skillsExcellent interpersonal abilities and empathyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingExperience in a similar role within the industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
